The boys have had a lot of success in highly competitive tournaments over the past seven years while making close friendships at the same time. This year we are fielding teams with player graduation years of 2026, 2027, 2028, 2030, 2031, 2032 & 2033.
Coached By Experience
Our Coaches
It is not lost on us that the reason we have had such great success as a program is due to our highly qualified coaching staff. Almost all coaches played lacrosse in college, and most are active players, which translates to a highly sophisticated lacrosse learning atmosphere.

How Are We Different?
We develop a player’s ability to understand lacrosse at the youngest levels. Our philosophy is to increase a player’s lacrosse IQ such that they understand the game and can play unscripted lacrosse.
We teach complex college-level lacrosse concepts at the earliest ages and make them easy to understand.
The style of lacrosse we teach is unique. We play up-tempo lacrosse and emphasize scoring in transition and in unsettled situations. We teach a motion offense with extensive off-ball movement and use of the two-man game. We play aggressive man to man defense with a situation-based slide scheme.
Our practices are up-tempo, small-sided, with a concentration on frequent touches on the ball and continuous player engagement.
We offer a full-year experience with ample off-season training opportunities, both on the individual and team level. We advocate for multi-sport athletes and will not interfere with other sports outside of the travel lacrosse season.
We seek to field the most competitive teams possible in Alabama and to play in the most competitive tournaments across the country. We are putting Birmingham on the map in regards to club lacrosse and are looking forward to attending tournaments outside the Southeast in the future!
If a player is offered and accepts a spot on a Bandits Team, playing time with the Bandits is based on APTITUDE, ATTITUDE, and ATTENDANCE to practices!
